Chat Process Coordinator
Support across phone, chat, and email channels.
Process customer queries with accuracy and speed.
Maintain a typing speed of 25 words per minute.
Work in permanent night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and interact professionally with customers.
💰 Salary Details
Pay Range: ₹34,300 – ₹42,100 per month (approx.)

Minimum age: 18 years.

Educational Qualifications:
Customer Support Representative: Graduate degree (minimum one year of experience required).
Chat Process Coordinator: Graduate degree in any discipline.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Typing speed of 25 WPM.
Flexibility to work in permanent night shifts or rotational shifts.
